She works hard behind the scenes and keeps you updated along the way. She made selling a smooth process and worked out the "rough patches" that we encountered during the buying process. We had full faith in Andrea to be the backbone of this huge life decision of selling and buying and we wouldn't choose anyone else for the job!

Art Vachon went the extra mile by hiring a professional photographer at his own expense. The pictures looked beautiful on line and attracted out of state buyers. His description was thorough and excellent. He walked me through all the necessary steps, helped with finding contractors to do necessary repairs and negotiated well with the realtor of the prospective buyers. When I first met with him, I told him how stressful my past house selling experiences had been. He made every effort to make this less stressful and helped in every way. I don't know if I would have gotten through this without him.
